1. Admission & Eligibility

Enrollment in any course (from 2-week short courses to 2-year diplomas) is based on the eligibility criteria provided (e.g., Matric for Electronics, Middle for Electrician). IIOFTech reserves the right to cancel any admission if the provided documents are found to be fake or incomplete.

2. Use of Student Verification Portal

The online verification system is a proprietary tool of IIOFTech. Users agree that:
  • The data retrieved is for verification purposes only.
  • Any attempt to hack, scrape, or manipulate the verification database is strictly prohibited.
  • Providing false information in the verification form may lead to legal consequences under the Cyber Law of Pakistan.

3. Fees, Attendance & Conduct

  • Payments: All fees (course fees, verification fees) must be cleared through official bank challans or at the account office.
  • Refunds: Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the course is cancelled by the institute.
  • Discipline: Students are expected to maintain the highest standards of conduct. The institute reserves the right to expel any student for misconduct.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All educational materials, course outlines, lectures, logos, and website design are the intellectual property of IIOFTech. Unauthorized copying, recording of lectures, or distribution of our materials is a violation of copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and obligations governing access to and use of the IIOFTech website and its services. However, we are not liable for any discrepancies caused by technical delays, internet outages, or server maintenance. In case of a verification error, students are advised to visit the campus with original documents.

6. Modifications to Terms
